- Click → W2 forms
- Click → Print
- Select employee/employees
- Select type of employee W2 copy to print
To print on blank paper select the Employee copy from the drop-down menu
To print data on a Pre-Printed form use the Print DATA Only for any Pre-Printed form - Click → OK
