- Click → Import Data
- Select From QuickBooks (W2 and/or 1099 Data)
- Read this screen and then Click → Next
- Click → Connect to QuickBooks
- Select Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company file is open
- Checkmark box Allow this application to access personal data such as Social Security Numbers and customer credit card information
- Click → Continue
- Click → Done
- Click → OK
- Click → Next
- Select 1099 Data
- Select Tax year
- Select 1099/1098 form
- Select 1099/1098 box
- Click → Next
- Click → OK
- Click → Next
- Click → Finish
