Modify Values on a 1096 Form

W2 Mate has the ability to modify values on a 1096 form.

• Click → 1096 Form
• Click → Select Type of 1099 form to be filed
• Select the type of form you wish to print for the 1096 form
• Click → Ok
• Click → Print
• Check → Override 1096 Calculations
• Edit Box 3, Box 4, and Box 5
• Click → OK
• Click → OK
